PROGRESSING BALLET TECHNIQUE

Once a month Spiral Dance is offering a Progressing Ballet Technique class. Friday from 5:00 - 6:30 pm taught by Taylor Dolan.
Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative program designed to train dancers in muscle memory to improve technique, flexibility and longevity in dance, while gaining greater awareness of their muscles and how to use them properly to achieve their goals in ballet.
Open to competitive dancers 10 years and up.
